We're having Lebanese food for dinner! Dad is currently making the Raw Kibbeh, rice, tabouli, and beans with some pita bread. I've already sampled the kibbeh, and it's freaking perfect. It's all made to taste, as nothing is measured, except the wheat because it has to soak, but it's just fabulous.

Raw Kibbeh is the Lebanese rendition of Steak Tar Tar, only better!
