So, last night in my post fever haze, I watched A Walk To Remember for like the millionth time and I have to say that even after all that I still bawl like a baby!
Mandy Moore and Shane West had amazing chemistry together, and Mandy did sweet and innocent in a convincing yet unannoying way. Also, Shane's turn as Landon, the rebel without a cause or clue turned sweet caring guy was also stellar. It's obvious in some scenes that he's just dealing out every ounce he has in him and it's brilliant to watch.
Anyway, I found myself sitting there as he's laying in bed with her while she's in the hospital, crying my eyes out, going "Why do I do this to myself?"
Like, I know it makes me cry like that. For the last thirty minutes of the movie I'm a basketcase. So, I have to wonder why do I do it to myself.
So, I'm posing the question to you guys:
What movies do you watch that make you cry?
Do you watch them knowing it will make you cry and you don't care?
Do you get mad at yourself for falling prey to it?
