Footloose Remake
WHAT!?!?! WHAT?!?!?
Iconic Scene to be Cut
First off, hiring someone who isn't a dancer for a movie ABOUT dancing is stupid! S.T.U.P.I.D. At least Derek Hough, who played the part in England for years, is a DANCER! Chase Crawford...ugh...Look, I get it. He sort of looks like Efron, and they're trying to cash in on that because he pulled out. But Kevin Bacon wasn't a star before Footloose. Why not hire some unknown and let him rock the part?? BUT NOOOOOO! Got to cater to the pubicent audience who probably never saw the original!
Personally, I think this movie will Blow big donkey chunks and I will boycot it on the fact that they're remaking it in the first place, btu give me a damn break. If you make a movie about dancing and you don't include 1. a person who can dance, and 2. one of the best parts of the movie, then it's going to be a sad and pathetic attempt at a remake.
